Leberides is an elegant residential complex recently built in La Maddalena, the only inhabited
island in the Archipelago of the same name, among the ineffable scents carried by the wind runs
through stoney alleys and over wild reaches. The complex, located near the downtown area,
sits just at the beginning of the coastal winding road which takes to the island’s most beautiful bays,
in an area served by bars, supermarkets and shops. It includes eleven apartments (two and
three-room flats), finely furnished and overflowed with sunlight. The apartments have just been
renovated according to the principle of welcoming design to create an intimate ambience, available
for short stays, at any time of the year. Each apartment is equipped with air conditioning and
heating system, live-in or separate kitchen fully furnished and provided with microwave oven,
washing machine, iron and ironing board;
a living area featuring sleeping couch, LCD television set, simple and elegant light wood furnishing;
double bedrooms with divisible beds; small or large external areas, depending on the apartment.
Nearly all three-room apartments contain both en-suite andguest bathroom.

To designate these small temporary houses, we chose the evocative names of some of the
Archipelago’s coastal capes.
